GUCCI App launched a new children's clothing virtual doll makeup interactive features

Gucci is excited to announce the launch of an innovative new feature in its exclusive Gucci App, which has surpassed 800,000 downloads. The "Children's Collection Playground" allows users to engage with the brand’s latest children’s clothing line through a fun and interactive experience. With this feature, users can virtually dress up dolls, paint, and customize backgrounds using a variety of creative tools. Designed by Gucci’s Creative Director, Frida Giannini, the first collection is now available exclusively on the iPhone and iPad version of the app. In the December update, users will be able to explore this unique "Playdressup" feature, which includes multiple virtual dolls and a wide range of Gucci-themed options. Once users have dressed their doll, they can choose the "Design" function to add personalized touches—such as custom prints, hand-painted colors, and 3D backgrounds featuring iconic Gucci elements like the New Bamboo and New Jackie handbags, Gucci Bear, Gucci Bicycles, and more. Additionally, the "Draw & Color" tool lets users create their own illustrations using these backgrounds, then add voice notes, signatures, or even digital "fingerprints" to make their work truly unique. They can then share their creations via email, Facebook, or Twitter, allowing friends and family to enjoy their personalized designs. Beyond the playground, the 12th update of the Gucci App also introduces new features such as Gucci glasses, enhanced video content, and improved iPad interface design. The new children’s clothing line, featuring the classic Gucci bear, is divided into two age groups: 0–2 years and 2–8 years. It will be available at selected Gucci boutiques, department stores, and children’s specialty stores starting in November. The collection includes a range of items such as clothing, shoes, small leather goods, socks (up to size 33), and accessories like sunglasses, scarves, and blankets. As one of the world’s most prestigious luxury fashion houses, Gucci has been crafting high-quality, Italian-made products since 1921 in Florence. From handbags and accessories to footwear, ready-to-wear, and even fragrances and eyewear, Gucci continues to set the standard for elegance and craftsmanship in the global fashion industry.
