In February of this year, Mr. Wang Jinhai provided legal assistance to Ms. Qu, and sued the Dalian Medical Insurance Management Center to the Xigang District People's Court, demanding that he perform his statutory duties and reimburse the wig purchased by Ms. Qu. The medical insurance center believes that it is not not reimbursed, but according to the "Dalian City Notice on the Relevant Issues Concerning the Assignment of Work-related Injury Aids and Cost Limit Standards", such as the situation of Ms. Qu, it is necessary to go to the Dalian Labor Ability Appraisal Committee to determine whether it is necessary. In March of this year, Ms. Qu withdrew her complaint against the medical insurance center and applied for appraisal from the Dalian Labor Ability Appraisal Committee.

On July 15 this year, the Dalian Labor Ability Appraisal Committee made an appraisal and agreed to Ms. Qu wearing a wig. After receiving the appraisal conclusion, Dalian Medical Insurance Management Center agreed to reimbursement, but because there is no specific reimbursement amount of the wig, it is decided to go to the store to check and then reply.
